Individual
Therapy

Receive support for you. Feel better. Find your way. Parse the past, settle into the present, and open yourself to what’s new.

Individual therapy is deeply relational—within the therapy room, we explore the relationships, places, and experiences that shaped you, as well as the ones you hope to create.
